Visit from Uncle Paul and Aunt Lauren

Hi Everyone!

I had a great weekend; my Uncle Paul and Aunt Lauren visited me! On Thursday we hung out, had lunch out with Mommy and Daddy, and went out for dinner! Plus, I got presents from them and from Aunt Lauren's family! I got clothes, a Pooh Rattle, and a great new activity center for the floor. It has a ball with a rattle inside of it that I just go crazy for; I whip that thing around like a madman! On Friday I had to go to the Doc to get my check up and have my shots, but that night Uncle Paul and Aunt Lauren came over and we had dinner together. I got to play with them a lot and Aunt Lauren taught me a great new "Milk Cheer." Saturday was great - we went to the Portland Saturday Market and we went to the Rose Festival! We got to see the wonderful parade, and then we went and watched the Dragon Boat races - they were so cool! The only bad part was that Mommy wasn't there - she had to work. But we brought her lots of pictures back! That night we hung out at home and had dinner together. And then Uncle Paul and Aunt Lauren had to leave early Sunday. I wish they could visit more, they are a lot of fun!

Oh, I almost forgot, on Thursday I finally rolled over the other way. Usually I go from my back to the right and on to my tummy. Thursday I went to the left! I haven't tried it again, but I know that I can do it when I feel like it.

4 month checkup

Hi Everyone! I had my 4 month checkup today, and here are my stats:
17 lbs 4 oz (90th percentile)
26 3/4 inches (95th percentile)
My doctor says I am a really big boy, and that I am growing beautifully. She was impressed that I can already roll over. She said rolling over is a skill she would expect at 6-7 months, and I am just 4 months! She told Mommy to start baby-proofing the house. Even though pulling myself up and scooting around is usually a 9-10 month skill, she would not be surprised if I am doing it by 6 months! I will probably surprise Mommy and Daddy one day by pulling myself up on something all of a sudden. I got more of my shots today, Mommy and the Nurse said I was really brave; I didn't even cry that much! I will post more later to let you know all about my visit with Uncle Paul and Aunt Lauren; they are so much fun!! Love, Logan

Yesterday I was rolling over a lot! I rolled onto my tummy, then over again on to my back. I rolled right off my blanket and made Mommy chase me - ha ha that was funny! I am so excited to show my Daddy in person, he saw it on video, but he is coming home from Florida TODAY!! Love, Logan
